For many years, our company, Blaj Fasteners, has supported and actively participated in the Inženirke in inženirji bomo! (We Will Be Engineers!) initiative. The aim of the project is to promote engineering, technology, and science careers, as well as innovation, among students at Slovenian high schools. The goal is to foster talent development and inspire young people to embrace creativity in technical careers and innovation, which will lead to increased added value and competitiveness, as well as other skills and competencies of the future.

At the end of 2024, we celebrated the work anniversaries of our dedicated employees who have been with the Anton Blaj company for 10, 25, 35, 40 and even an honourable 45 years. And some retired this year after more than 30 years with the company.

Our drive shaft bolt was presented at the Inženirski EXPO 2022. It was featured as one of 7 breakthrough products of the Slovenian production industry, and as an achievement of the Slovenian innovative ecosystem. We showed how knowledge and innovation merge to form a product.

At Blaj Fasteners we are looking for a sales assistant to join our staff of more than 70 employees on our path of professional success and personal growth. The new employee shall be, among other things, responsible for administrative support in sales, purchasing, marketing, and customer care, caring for foreign customers and informing them about the status of their purchases.
