Quality materials and surface refinement for corrosion resistance
For all the products, we use materials, which are
manufactured in certified iron works and are properly documented. The majority
of products are produced in the following strength grades:
- property classes according to DIN EN ISO 898-1: 4.6, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9,
- property classes according to ISO 898-2: 6, 8.10, 12,
- steels for fasteners with specified elevated and/or low temperature properties according to:
DIN 267/13, DIN EN 10269 (DIN 17240, DIN 17280);
- - 26CrMo4 (1.7219)
- - Ck35 (1.1181)
- - 24CrMo5 (1.7258)
- - 21CrMoV57 (1.7709)
- - 40 CrMoV47 (1.7711)
- X22CrMoV121 (1.4923)
- X19CrMoVNbN111 (1.4913)
- corrosion – resistant stainless steel according to DIN EN ISO 3506-1 and DIN EN ISO 3506/2: A2/50, A4/50, C3/80;
- corrosion – resistant stainless steel according to EN 10088/3 (DIN 17440): X17CrNi 16-2 (1.4057), X5CrNi 18-10 (1.4301), X6CrNiMoTi 17-12-2 (1.4571);
- other: cementation steels, low temperature service alloys and steels according to the arrangement with the customer.
Surface refinement for corrosion resistance
We provide for the surface refinement/treatment for
corrosion resistance the following methods:
- hot blackening,
- electroplated coatings (zinc) — DIN EN ISO 4042,
- hot dip galvanized coatings — DIN EN ISO 10684,
- manganese phosphatization — DIN EN 12476,
- black oxide coatings on steel — DIN 50938,
- non – electrolytically applied zinc flake coatings.
