With our own laboratory towards optimised products
Are you afraid that you will not receive the products
that will meet the standards‘ requirements?
In cooperation with us, this kind of fear is superfluous.
Our company has its own laboratory, which serves for
verifying the adequacy of individual parameters in the in-process and final
control. Thus, the possibility of you receiving inadequate products is
eliminated.
What kind of equipment is at the disposal of the laboratory?
In order to ensure adequacy, the following devices are at
our disposal at the laboratory:
- tensile test machine for tensile tests with an invasive force of up to 1000 KN (100 t),
- an impact tester (Charpy) up to 300 J,
- hardness testers (Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell),
- micro-hardness testers (HVO2…HV10),
- roughness testers,
- magnetic partlice examination equipment,
- equipment for dimension control.
What does the fact that we have our own laboratory mean to you?
- To you, our own laboratory represents mainly increased control over
the properties of the following hidden processes:
- The adequacy of the hot forging procedure. Up to the invasive force
of 1000 kN (100 t), we are able to test the entire bolt as an element,
and not only the machined test tubes, meaning that we can inspect the
behaviour of the entire bolt.
- The adequacy of the heat-treatment parameters in a larger scope and
not only during the final control of products, which, for you, represents
greater certainty regarding product adequacy.
- Great flexibility in the final control of products.
What do we test at the laboratory?
At the laboratory take place mechanical tests as well as approval tests of fasteners.
1. Testing of fasteners properties
Mechanical properties — the following destructive tests
are performed at our own laboratory:
- tensile tests with an invasive force of up to 1000 KN (100 t) at room temperature,
- an impact test according to Charpy at room temperature,
- an impact test according to Charpy at low temperatures.
Mechanical properties — the following destructive
tests are performed at accredited external laboratory:
- tensile test at high temperatures,
- tensile test at low temperatures.
Testing of material by non – destructive methods:
- hardness test (Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell),
- magnetic partlice examination,
- penetrants test (surface for fissures),
- ultrasonic examination,
- dimension test,
- roughness test.
2. Approval of fasteners
At the laboratory take place approval tests in cooperation with our own experts and international accredited approval organization;
( TÜV, GL, LR, ABS, DNV, RINA, BV).
Besides that, there is a possibility of certifying the fasteners
as well as acquiring the approval tests documentation according to EN 10204,
namely: 2.1/2.2, 3.1, 3.2
